Heath Charnock is a civil parish in the Borough of Chorley, Lancashire. Many people travel through it as the M61 motorway, A6 and A673 roads, the main Bolton to Preston railway line, and the Leeds Liverpool Canal all transverse the parish.

It adjoins the parishes of Adlington, Anderton, Anglezarke, Coppull and Rivington, as well as Chorley itself.

The parish is mainly rural in character with an area of 1,838 acres. At the 2001 census, the population was 2,065, and at the 2011 census 2,026
