Local Police

From January 2014 the Police hold a PACT (Police and Communities Together) meeting every two months, where the public can. raise issues and influence the priorities for policing during the following 2 months.


Residents are welcome to attend the Adlington and Anderton PACT meetings, held at the Community Centre in Railway Road, on Thursdays, at 6.30.  

In the months when there is no PACT meeting, starting in January and then March, May etc, members of the public can post any questions they wish on the Facebook page of Lancs Constabulary between 1700 - 1900 hours, on the first Thursday of the month.  See here for details

Heath Charnock is now covered by the Community Beat Manager for Wheelton, but the local PCSOs cover the Adlington, Anderton, Heath Charnock and Rivington areas.
